What kind of upgrades can grants and rebates pay for?
It depends on the program and on your building, but common examples are heating and cooling equipment, lighting, and other infrastructure improvements that lower what you spend to run the place. Some programs cover most or all of the cost. Others cover a share and bring a project that was out of reach into range. The right answer for you depends on your property, your usage, and which programs are open at the time.
